• Cashback is still available even if you receive the 50% MX Token holder discount provided by the exchange.
• Cashback is not available when using the "Deduct with MX" 20% discount feature.
• Cashback is not available for fees incurred through violations of the exchange's terms and conditions.

• Cashback conditions are subject to change based on the circumstances of TetherDrop or the exchange.
• Partnerships may be terminated due to TetherDrop or exchange circumstances, which may limit access to cashback services.
• Cashback applies only to trades made after the account has been successfully linked.
• Accumulated cashback will be securely stored until you delete your account.
• If you delete your exchange account registered through TetherDrop, you will no longer be eligible for cashback services.
